Industrial grade high temperature resistant PU sealant (polyurethane sealant), with the core of wet curing/two-component cross-linking, elastic sealing+bonding, conventional long-term temperature resistance of 100-150 ℃, high-end up to 180-200 ℃, mainly used for sealing and structural bonding in high temperature working conditions such as industrial equipment, automobiles, rail transit, electronics, etc.
1、 Core Performance (Industrial Standard)
- Temperature resistance range (key)
Conventional industrial version: -40 ℃~+120 ℃ (long-term), short-term up to 150 ℃
High temperature resistant modified version: -40 ℃~+150 ℃ (long-term), short-term 180-200 ℃ (such as 3M 560, etc.)
Extreme modification (special formula): up to 220 ℃ (short-term), but elasticity and lifespan may decrease - Curing and Mechanics
Type: Single component wet curing (most commonly used, ready to use, cured by moisture in the air), two-component (A/B) (mixed by ratio, cured at room temperature/heating, faster speed and higher strength)
Table stem: 30-60 minutes; Complete curing: 24-72 hours (at room temperature)
Hardness: Shore A 40-80 (adjustable)
Tensile strength: 1.5-5 MPa; Elongation rate: 200-500% (high elasticity, shock resistance, thermal expansion and contraction)
Adhesive: for metals (steel/aluminum), plastics FRP、 Glass, wood, and other materials have strong adhesive strength and can replace some rivets/bolts - Industrial reliability
Weather resistance/aging resistance: UV resistance, ozone resistance, and moisture and heat resistance (stable in double 85 test)
Medium resistance: resistant to oil, water, weak acids and bases, and most solvents (not resistant to strong acids and bases/ketones)
Insulation: Medium, suitable for non high voltage electrical sealing
Thermal stability: no cracking, no sagging, no powdering at high temperatures, good elasticity retention
