Core performance characteristics of PU sealant

High elasticity and deformation recovery: After curing, the elongation rate can reach 300% to 1000%, capable of adapting to displacement deformations of the substrate exceeding ±25%. It is resistant to cracking and suitable for dynamic joint sealing (such as automotive bodies and building expansion joints).
Excellent adhesive strength: It can firmly adhere to most substrates such as metal (steel, aluminum), glass, plastic, concrete, and stone without the need for primer. For some special substrates, the adhesion is even better when paired with a dedicated primer.
Weather and medium resistance: Resistant to high and low temperatures (-40℃~120℃ for long-term use), UV radiation, rainwater, weak acids and alkalis. It is not prone to yellowing, powdering, or aging when used outdoors. Some models are resistant to oil and solvents, making them suitable for sealing mechanical and automotive oil parts.
Good workability: Mostly single-component moisture-curing type, ready to use upon opening, no mixing required, applied through a glue gun, with a surface dry time of about 1~4 hours and a complete curing time of 24~72 hours (affected by temperature and humidity).
Environmental protection: The mainstream products are solvent-free and low VOC, meeting the national environmental protection standards. Some food-grade models can be used in contact with food surfaces (such as drinking water equipment).
