High elasticity: It can expand and contract along with the seam, allowing for displacement, making it less prone to cracking
Strong adhesive strength: It can adhere to concrete, metal, wood, glass, and plastic
Weather-resistant and durable: anti-aging, water-resistant, oil-resistant, and low-temperature resistant
Curing method: Mostly single-component moisture curing (slowly drying upon contact with air moisture)
Can be sanded and painted (supported by most models)
Disadvantages:
Long-term exposure to sunlight may cause yellowing (light colors should be used with caution in unshielded outdoor areas)
The complete curing process is relatively slow (it dries quickly on the surface, but it takes 1-3 days or even longer to dry thoroughly in the deep layers)
