1、 Core definition and core advantages
Stone specific silicone adhesive is a single component neutral silicone weather resistant adhesive that complies with the national standard GB/T 23261-2009 “Building sealants for stone”. It is specifically developed for porous natural stone materials such as marble, granite, cave stones, limestone, etc. Its biggest feature is that it does not migrate oil and does not contaminate the stone with oil leakage.

Preventing stone pollution (most critical)
Ordinary neutral adhesive contains small molecule silicone oil, which can penetrate into the pores of stone, forming black edges, watermarks, yellowing, and dark halos; The stone specific formula eliminates migration type silicone oil, and through anti pollution testing, polished/matte stone will not change color.
Neutral alcohol curing

5、 Key points of construction specifications
Compatibility and pollution testing must be conducted before construction
Take a small sample of stone and apply glue, let it stand for 72 hours, observe that there is no blackening or watermark on the edge of the stone, and then proceed with large-scale construction.
Substrate treatment
The gaps must be dry, dust-free, wax free, and free of residual protective agents; The stone surface maintenance agent needs to be completely dry before applying glue.
Seam filling
Polyethylene foam rod must be filled when the joint width is ≥ 5mm to avoid three side bonding and ensure free expansion of adhesive.
construction environment
Temperature range of 4-40 ℃, humidity range of 40% -70%; Outdoor construction is prohibited on rainy days, high humidity, and frost.
Curing cycle
Dry for 20 to 180 minutes; 2-3mm thick colloid fully solidifies for 24 hours; deep layers reach strength completely within 7 days.
